What you share
Homeowner requests include your name, email, optional phone number, Hampton Roads city, request type, and the details you enter. Contractor-partner inquiries include contact and business names, email, phone, service areas, services offered, and any license or insurance information you choose to provide. Credential information is self-reported and has not been verified by PeakFlow.
Share only what is needed to explain your request or inquiry. Please do not include payment information, passwords, medical information, or other sensitive details.
How submissions are used
Your submission goes to PeakFlow for review and possible follow-up using the contact details you provide. It travels through PeakFlow’s website server and the MadeThis notification service, which processes the submission for owner notification and submitter confirmation. Server acceptance does not prove that an email reached an inbox.
PeakFlow is a request and intake service, not an HVAC contractor. No contractor partner is currently confirmed. A submission is not a booking and does not guarantee service, a contractor, or a contractor handoff. Partner inquiries do not create an agreement or guarantee lead volume or appointments. The current app does not automatically route requests to contractors.
Drafts and device information
The native app keeps unsent drafts in memory while it is open; it does not save them to device storage. Restarting the app clears those drafts. The app does not request device location or push-notification permission and does not include analytics, payments, an account, or offline submission. Opening a website link uses your browser and that website’s processing.
Network requests to the website and its infrastructure expose ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, to the services handling the request. This notice describes the intake flows and native app; it does not promise that hosting or notification services keep no operational logs.
Retention and privacy requests
Closing the app clears its in-memory draft; it does not delete information already submitted to PeakFlow or processed by the notification service. This notice does not specify a fixed retention period or an automatic deletion schedule for submitted information.
To ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or ask for deletion, follow the contact instructions on the Support page. Identify the original submission using its contact email and approximate date; avoid sending additional sensitive information. Requests require PeakFlow review. This page does not promise a response deadline or immediate deletion from service-provider records.
