PeakFlow / app and intake help

Support

PeakFlow reviews homeowner HVAC requests and contractor-partner inquiries. No contractor partner is currently confirmed. Sending a request does not book service or guarantee a contractor or contractor handoff.

Contact PeakFlow

For app help or a privacy question, use the existing website request form. Select your Hampton Roads city and “Other HVAC help,” then begin the details with “App support” or “Privacy request.” Include a brief description, your contact email, and, if relevant, the approximate date of an earlier submission. Phone is optional. This uses the same intake path for PeakFlow review; it does not open a tracked support ticket or promise a response time.

The form accepts the seven listed Hampton Roads cities only. If you are outside that area, do not select an inaccurate city; use any contact instructions supplied in an earlier PeakFlow correspondence, if available. A separate general support address is not listed here.

For a privacy request, include only enough information to identify your submission. Do not send passwords, payment information, or sensitive documents. Read the Privacy notice for the current information-handling limits.

If sending fails

The app needs an internet connection. If it cannot confirm receipt, it keeps your draft while the app stays open and does not automatically retry. Check your connection and email before trying again; a retry may send a duplicate. A receipt means the server accepted the submission, not that a contractor or appointment is confirmed or that an email was delivered.

Requests and partner inquiries

Homeowners can submit an HVAC request for PeakFlow review. HVAC businesses can send a contractor-partner inquiry. A partner inquiry is not an agreement, does not guarantee lead volume, and does not confirm homeowner requests or service appointments. License and insurance details are self-reported and unverified.

PeakFlow does not provide emergency response. If there is an immediate danger, contact emergency services directly rather than waiting for intake review.
